Business Analyst

Job description:

The Business Analyst analyzes the information needs and advises about the solutions and potential process improvements. He/she discusses, together with the client, the requirements and investment proposal. You translate the current and to-be situation of the service level into business process and IT solutions. In this translation, you keep in mind the current processes, systems and budget guidelines. The chosen solution should fit within the guidelines of the business plan. The business analyst gives input about necessary resources, duration and project budget. During the realization phase you test the solution, check whether the requirements and wishes of the client are fulfilled and indicate deviations.

Tasks:

· Describe business processes together with business owners

· Organize and optimize the business processes and administrative organization

· Analyze business ideas and act as a discussion partner for design issues.

· Coordinate transformation path inclusive impact and risk analysis

· Answer ad-hoc design issues

· Draw up business cases and investment proposals

· Draw up roadmap for business alignment

· Execute definitions studies and basic and detail design 

· Execute information analysis studies

Salary:

2.500 - 4.400 (We welcome Seniors as well as juniors !!)

X12 +8% holiday allowance

Experience:

· Demonstrable experience and strong affinity with business analyses and process descriptions;

· Foundation Certificated Prince2;

· Demonstrable skills in project management and implementation management

· Experience with implementation of ERP systems (pref Navision)

Level:

· Academic level or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· A degree in business administration or information sciences

· Analytical, able to analyze the functionality of Navision regarding the wishes of the customer

· Drive to deliver according to relatively high quality standards

· Able to translate business into models (vice-versa)

· Fluent in English in both verbally and in writing; other language skills are a plus
