ICT department: 35 FTEs in two clusters: Service Desk and Operations with employees located in five different countries. The operations team has 14 FTEs in three countries and its primary roles are (1) the design and implementation of the ICT infrastructure and (2) the development of web sites and supporting tools. The end user environment consists mainly of desktops and laptops with Windows 2000, Microsoft Office 2003 and Navision ERP software. This department is currently looking for a Quality Officer
The position The ICT Quality Officer will control the quality of all services delivered by ICT Service Desk and maintain an open dialog with the business about the services, reporting to the ICT Service Desk Team leader.
Main tasks • Define the overall quality strategy • Ensure the quality control of delivered services • From viewpoint of the organization • verify if the delivered service covers the service wishes • verify the quality of the delivered service • identify new service wishes • From the delivery aspect: • verify the quality and speed of the process of delivery, analyzing any found bottlenecks • Identify where and how ICT Service Desk can improve the visibility and approachability of its services and bring these improvements to a project stage • Promote and explain the ICT Service Catalogue
Salary: : € 2.800 (medior) - 3.500 (senior) p.m. + 8% holiday allowance + good bonus + complete package secondary conditions + excellent career opportunities
Your profile • A Bachelor level education • 3 years Experience with Quality management and procedures • Experience in a comparable function • Representative • Good communication skills, diplomatic and marketing skills • Good process analysis skills and reporting skills • ICT knowledge at an advanced user level. • Knowledge of ITIL • Good skills to work in an international environment, both independently and in a team
