Testing coordinator
The Position The Testing coordinator is responsible for • Introducing testing as a major quality Improvement step in application management • The set up and roll out of a test methodology (TMAP) to project teams, user representatives and colleagues • The facilitator of test projects • Advice about/ facilitate testing strategy, scripts, test-sets and maintenance • Participate in test projects • Participation in problem management processes, if applicable • Participation in the change – and release management processes, if applicable

Requirements Personality & skills • Result driven Team player • Analytical, able to analyze business processes • Pro-active & pragmatic • Strong communication skills • Able to cope with a fast growing and changing organization • Conceptual thinking skills • Accurate • Fluent in English in both verbally and in writing; other language skills are plus
Education/experience • HBO + • Testing knowledge and skills (TMAP). • ITIL knowledge. • Proven experience in Testing for at least 3 years
