Company profile: Young Dutch initiative to establish a manufacturer of equipment that delivers sustainable energy, aiming to become a major player in it’s niche market. The equipment has been designed to offer a unique technical system - highest yield, lowest maintenance & service - and an organizational system based on efficient assembly logistics and partnership structures. The company is currently in the process of building up its organization and has just completed the design for its first prototype turbine. The current number of employees is 35 and is expected to grow to 150 people in the coming three years. Located in Utrecht, the Netherlands the company is part of a well reputed group that for the last 25 years delivers consultancy and projects in sustainable energy.

The position The information analyst is an experienced professional who can analyze functional requirements of various business departments and translate them in process & functional designs. He/she should understand the application landscape and also contribute to the development of the IT application architecture. You will report to the CFO. Work in close cooperation with ICT department of umbrella organisation.

Your profile Our ideal candidate is an experienced, self propelling professional who is strong in managing the relationship with the business. You have a structured way of working that combines strong analytical skills with a business oriented attitude. You proactively bring requirements of and developments within different organizational units together, and facilitate cross functional decision making. You are a structured self starter, with a high energy level, who is familiar with a very dynamic environment.

Educational level You preferabel have a university degree and education in: Bedrijfs Informatie Technologie, Bedrijfskundige informatica, Informatiekunde.

Experience At least 8 years of relevant experience in both the business process side as the IT side, preferably in technical organizations. Have ‘roots’ in the business, but with a good understanding of information technology.

Person A structured approach and experience with analysis and design methodologies Team player with excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills and fluent in English. The growth and cultural environment requires hands on attitude: able to switch between and willing to operate on various levels: strategic, tactical & operational.
