Company profile: Mission of this employer is sustainable energy supply. Consists of 4 operating companies. Together they deliver unique projects, innovative products and services for a sustainable energy supply. ICT department: 35 FTEs in two clusters: Service Desk and Operations with employees located in five different countries. The operations team has 14 FTEs in three countries and its primary roles are (1) the design and implementation of the ICT infrastructure and (2) the development of web sites and supporting tools. The end user environment consists mainly of desktops and laptops with Windows 2000, Microsoft Office 2003 and Navision ERP software. The ICT department is currently looking for a fulltime:
Application Administrator Support Medior The position The Application Administrator Support works in a small application support team supporting applications like Navision; Webex: Sharepoint; Outlooksoft; learning management systems and own developed tools. You will: • Work as 2nd line applications support • Support and maintain applications pro actively, insuring usability and availability • Help to create, review and improve procedures, manuals and documents • Give trainings to users groups and key users • Maintain the application permission structure • Help administer and maintain the list of applications supported by the application support team
Salary: € 2.300 - 3.000 p.m. + 8% holiday allowance + good bonus + complete package secondary conditions + excellent career opportunities
The person • You are able to work in an international environment, both independently and in a team • You are service oriented and you are also proactive and result oriented • You are accurate and thorough in the execution of your work
The skills • At least two years of experience at application support • A service oriented mindset • Good communication skills • A general knowledge of ICT, through study or experience • Knowledge of MS Windows network environments • Good English language skills, both verbally and in writing • Knowledge of ITIL and experience with ticket systems
