ICT department: 40 FTEs in two clusters: Service Desk and Operations with employees located in five countries. Part of the operations cluster is the web team, which is responsible for the development of new information- and marketing websites, web-applications that support the business and the support and maintenance of the more then 100 hosted websites. PHP, ASP

The position

You will be based in Utrecht and perform the tasks listed below:

• Support and advise colleagues and clients how to realize the communication objectives in an effective and efficient way.

• Project-based website development including analysis of website requirements, solution design and programming, implementation, testing and documentation.

• Ensure that newly developed systems can be managed by the Service Desk.

• Support and advise during the proposal and development phase of outsourced development work.

Salary: € 3.250 (pm indicative)

The skills

• Good knowledge of and experience with PHP and ASP development.

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and internet standards.

• Good knowledge of content management systems, preferably Joomla! and Contribute.

• Good knowledge of MS SQL or MySQL.

• Excellent English language skills, both in writing and verbally.

• Good communication skills.

• Experience in project coordination.

The Person

You are able to work in an international environment, both independently and in a team. Most of your work will involve the development of web sites for corporate use or for specific projects. You need to communicate well with your co-developers, developers outside of the ICT department and the internal clients. You are pro-active and result oriented and have a hands-on mentality.
