Together they deliver unique projects, innovative products and services for a sustainable energy supply. ICT department: 35 FTEs in two clusters: Service Desk and Operations with employees located in five different countries. The operations team has 14 FTEs in three countries and its primary roles are (1) the design and implementation of the ICT infrastructure and (2) the development of web sites and supporting tools. The end user environment consists mainly of desktops and laptops with Windows 2000, Microsoft Office 2003 and Navision ERP software. The ICT department is currently looking for a fulltime:
Application Administrator Support Senior
The position The Application Administrator Support works in a small application support team supporting applications like Navision, Webex, Sharepoint, Data Ware House and SAP BPC (Outlooksoft), learning management systems and tailor made tools. You will: • Have a senior and coaching role within the application support team. • Support and maintain applications pro actively. • Help to secure an optimal availability of these applications, this in close cooperation with functional and technical application teams. • Act as key-person to users and suppliers during trouble shooting. • Create user manuals, manage and give user and key-user trainings for specific applications. • Maintain and document application related procedures and manuals. • Actively and proactively identify problems (ITIL) and initiates proposals to prevent or solve these problems. • Improve on the usability and insure the availability of these applications. • Maintain the application permission structure. • Administer and maintain the list of applications supported by the application support team.
Salary: € 2.800 – 3.600 p.m. + 8% holiday allowance + good bonus + complete package secondary conditions + excellent career opportunities
The person • Able to work in an international environment, both independently and in a team. • Proactive and result driven but overall service oriented. • Accurate and thorough in the execution of your work. • Analytical and good at giving concise and informative reports.
The skills • Two years of experience working at a comparable level of seniority. • A service oriented mindset. • Excellent communication skills. • A general knowledge of ICT at a bachelor level through study or experience. • Knowledge of MS Windows network environments. • Knowledge of and experience with Database Management Systems. • Preferably knowledge of ERP systems, specifically MS Dynamics NAV v4 – v5. • Excellent English language skills, both verbally and in writing. • Knowledge of ITIL and experience with ticket systems.
