Functiebeschrijving Job description: You will be focusing on management consulting assignments including strategy, IT strategy / organisation, governance, business strategy, process re-engineering, portfolio analysis, technology rationalisation and organisational change management. This exciting role will see you serving as the focal point to the Business Units on overall delivery, whilst ensuring high quality deliverables from engagement teams of 2 - 5 analysts. The multi faceted nature of the role also requires that you lead the knowledge development effort in order to enhance the practices' capabilities.
Salary: € 65.000 – 80.000 p.y. (indicative) X12 + 8% holiday allowance good bonus complete package of secondary conditions excellent career opportunities due to company growth
Functie-eisen The skills: With strong consulting, project management and communication skills, you must have the ability to interface effectively with senior management (e.g. CIO, CEO, CFO, CTO) with all the Business Units of the holding and Corporate. Displaying strong leadership skills and the ability to work comfortably across time zones and cultures, you are capable of dealing with various problem types through client work, proposals and / or knowledge development.
More specifically, with an MBA / PhD or Masters IT degree behind you, you will probably come from a successful senior associate / engagement management background from a tier 1 consultancy, with in depth experience serving IT organizations, gained over 6 -8 years+. You will also have experience in deploying and implementing high level strategies to clients in areas of portfolio analysis rationalization, change management.
Key lines · Highly developed interpersonal skills combined with the gravitas and business acumen to operate credibily at board level & senior management internally. · Proven ability to network and build strong personal relationships with senior management both internally and externally in order to achieve business objectives. · Typically significant experience either in a consultancy or large financial services provider with a proven track record of delivering face to face field based business consultancy & people development
Educational Level Academic level or equivalent combination of education and experience.
