ICT department: (6 offices in 5 countries) 40 FTEs in two clusters: Service Desk and Operations with employees located in five countries. The operations team is located in three countries and its primary roles are the design and implementation of the ICT infrastructure and the development of web sites and supporting tools. The ICT department is looking for a:

Project leader

Prince2, ITIL

Your tasks

• You will manage projects for our internal customers.

• You implement new systems and services following our project management procedures.

• Ensure that new implemented systems and services can be supported by Service Desk and maintained by Operations.

Salary: € 4.000 (pm indicative)

Your skills

• General ICT knowledge on bachelor level via study and/or experience.

• At least three years of experience in managing projects.

• Experience in project management methods like Prince2.

• Used to working within and improving on ITIL based service organisations.

• Good communication skills.

• Good self management skills.

• Fluent English on a business and technical level.

• You are able to work in an international environment, both independently and in a team.

• You have a strong personality and are able to deal with resistance.

• You have the capabilities to work within an environment of many different stakeholders.

• Building bridges between different stakeholders comes natural to you and so is finding the right balance between business needs and ICT service offering.
