The IT department (28 FTEs) is half based in Amsterdam: Infrastructure, Information Management and Projects. The other dep's are outside the Netherlands: Development and two regional divisions. To accommodate continued growth, we have a vacancy for this client To further continue this growth we are looking for a Functional Integration Specialist EDI, ETL, SSIS, SSRS, Cognos, Web services, ASP, .Net
Functiebeschrijving: The DI / EDI Specialist will be focused on defining innovative and highly effective strategy for EDI management, and all internal and external data interfaces. This position manages interfaces with 3rd party, general EDI traffic and other data synchronization and the automation off common processes in the logistic and financial area. He or she oversees the planning and usability of all systems and provides oversight from an information management perspective in order to maintain the company’s (IT) strategy. This position also takes ownership and updates documentation of the applicable environment. • Performs detailed evaluation of the reporting environment, capabilities/assets, execute the development of information exchange or display strategies to improve process and collaboration opportunities and deliver measurable value back to the business • Manage all global management reporting tools and keep them to the latest standards • Manage the global reporting data collection and related ETL tools • Manage collaboration with other tools corporate used • Support internal advertising, departmental marketing support, publish communications, and knowledge sharing • Establish system metrics to ensure best practices and measurability of our data-capture, design reporting processes, and drive aggressive performance improvements through testing, tracking and analysis data • Assist to develop global strategy and online experiences that meet and exceed business objectives on retailer level
Salarisindicatie: € 50.000
Functie-eisen: • IT professional with a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years experience • MS SQL 2005/2008 experience incl. reporting • Experience with ETL, databases and reporting tools (Cognos) is required, complete suite • Experience with web services and EDI interfaces is required • ASP and .Net experience • Solid understanding of database metrics and how data is used to drive optimization • Fluent in Dutch and English as you’re operating in an international environment
